== Introduction ==
Due to the many attempts at making a Gunslinger guide, and most of them providing incorrect info,  I am going to take matters into my own hands and create my own Gunslinger guide. I hope this helps the Gunslingers who have been misleaded by other guides. Also, this is NOT THE BEST guide ever in history. There have been more, supposedly in the Sleepywood forums, BasilMarket, and many other gaming websites. I just hope this guide will be ONE of the best guides.
== The Gunslinger ==
[[File:Gunslinger.jpg]]
The gunslingers are a gun-carrying class of pirates that have a lot of accuracy and deal stable damage. They shoot different varieties of bullets and are able to attack while jumping. With a bunch of elemental attacks and fast attacks to support them, the gunslinger is a job that stands out amongst other ranged-jobs.
===Pros:===
* Incredible attack speed
* Acquires elemental attacks
* Wings allows you to get on platforms other people can't get on
* Ability to summon an Octopus and also Gaviota
* Acquires Hypnotize, which allows you to make monsters attack other monsters
* Gets a battleship at 4th job
* Ability to stun monsters at 2nd job and also burn and freeze at 3rd job
* Can attack up close with Double Shot
===Cons:===
* Gun Booster is useless, seeing as you already attack so fast
* Really expensive
* Recoil Shot can back you up against monsters and possibly bosses
* Low damage (fast attacks make up for the low damage)
* Grenade is a horrible skill (in MANY people's opinions)
* Brawlers do more damage than Gunslingers (per attack, but Brawler's attack rate is horrible, so Gunslingers still beat Brawlers)
== AP Build ==
As a Gunslinger, you have 2 choices of AP Builds (that I recommend). DON'T EVER PUT AP INTO INT!
===Normal STR Build===
For this build, STR will be same as your level and rest into DEX.
''Example:'' A level 31 Gunslinger should have 31 STR and everything else in DEX.
===STRless Build===
For this build, STR will always be at 4.
''Example:'' A level 31 Gunslinger should have 4 STR and everything else in DEX.
''Note:'' Is it recommended to put anything into LUK? LUK increases your avoidibility and decreases the amount of EXP you lose when you die. Is it recommended for a Gunslinger to put anything in LUK? It depends on your playstyle. If you like to see the monsters miss when they attack you, then go ahead, put AP into LUK. But it is not recommended as it MAY be a waste of AP.
''Note:'' Which is better, STRless or Normal STR? If I were to recommend one, I would recommend Normal STR, seeing as STRless is for players with at least 150,000,000 mesos.
== Equipment ==
For a Pirate, you usually wear overalls. So I'm going to help you fellow Pirates with your equipment, so you won't wast mesos on equips you won't need.
===Normal STR Pirate Equips===
Level 1 - 10: Beginner Equipment
Level 10 - 14: Beginner Equipment, but also equip a gun.
''Note'': Return of The Explorers event gives you a weapon at lvl 10, do that quest for the weapon. It's really good. Also, do the Lost Snipe event quest for the chicky mouth or w/e.
Level 15 - 19: Level 15 equips, get them at the NPCs to the left side of the Nautilus - Hallway.
Level 20 - 24: Level 20 equips, you can still get them from the NPCs mentioned above.
Level 20: Get the level 20 gun from Cassandra during the event, the event's not forever!
Level 25 - 29: Level 25 equips, from the same NPCs.
Level 30 - 49: Get the Level 30 equips from the same NPCs, but now, you'll need to go to Ludibrium or other continents for your equipment (those equipment are 100,000 mesos or more)
Level 50 - 200: Zakum Helmet is a really good equip, so try PQing with some Level 200s to try to get it.
''Note'': Also, the Ravana Helmet from the Golden Temple event is even better, so get that too.
Level 50+ Equips: Now, you usually have to get equips from the Free Market, so try spamming: "B>Lvl ?? Equips".
===STRless Equps===
Level 10 - 20: Beginner Equips, and also equip a gun. I don't know if Cassandra's gun requires STR though.
Level 20 - 30: Bathrobe, you can get it from Showa Town.
Level 30 - ?: Sauna Robe, get it from the Sleepywood Hotel quest. I don't know what other good STRless  equips level 30+ though, I'm sorry. This is why I wouldn't recommend STRless, I'm not experienced with it.
== Skills ==
The Gunslinger is a unique class, with many elemental attacks and fast attack rate to support them. With many interesting skills, this class may be incredibly fun for some players.
'''Bolded''' skill in SP build means the skill should now be maxed

===Three Snails SP Build [[File:ThreeSnails.gif]]===
'''Recommended'''

''Note: You may also switch Recovery and Three Snails so you max Three Snails first.''
Level 1: You do not recieve a point
Level 2: +1 Recovery (1)
Level 3: +1 Recovery (2)
'''Level 4 +1 Recovery (MAX) (3)'''
Level 5: +1 Three Snails (1)
Level 6: +1 Three Snails (2)
'''Level 7: +1 Three Snails (MAX) (3)'''
Level 8: You do not recieve a point
Level 9: You do not recieve a point
Level 10: You do not recieve a point
'''End Result'''
Three Snails - 3/3 (MAXED)
Nimble Feet - 0/3
Recovery - 3/3 (MAXED)
''Why no Nimble Feet?'' Simple, you get Dash which quickly replaces Nimble Feet.

'''For Funded Beginners'''
----
Level 1: You do not recieve a point
Level 2: +1 Nimble Feet (1)
Level 3: +1 Nimble Feet (2)
'''Level 4 +1 Nimble Feet (MAX) (3)'''
Level 5: +1 Three Snails (1)
Level 6: +1 Three Snails (2)
'''Level 7: +1 Three Snails (MAX) (3)'''
Level 8: You do not recieve a point
Level 9: You do not recieve a point
Level 10: You do not recieve a point
'''End Result'''
Three Snails - 3/3 (MAXED)
Nimble Feet - 3/3 (MAXED)
Recovery - 0/3
''Why does it say "For Funded Beginners"?'' Since you put nothing in Recovery, you'll die more often. Therefore, some HP Potions are needed to stay alive w/o Recovery.

'''Level 27: +1 Somersault Kick (MAX) (20)''', +2 Bullet Time (2)
Level 28: +3 Bullet Time (5)
Level 29: +3 Bullet Time (8)
Level 30: +3 Bullet Time (11)
'''End Result'''
Double Shot - 20/20 (MAXED)
Somersault Kick - 20/20 (MAXED)
Dash - 10/10 (MAXED)
Bullet Time - 11/20
''Why not max Bullet Time?'' Bullet Time is USUALLY put into for the Accuracy, but seeing as Gunslingers has DEX as their primary stat, the extra Accuracy is not needed. But if you were a Brawler, you would max that.
''Why max Dash if it pushes you into enemies?'' Let's see, your attacking from ranged. So if you accidentally initiate Dash, you would move CLOSER to the enemy and not TOUCH the enemy. Use common sense, people.

Working on Guide
== Training Spots ==
Level 1 - 10: The Maple Island Quests
Level 10 - 20: Pirate Job Quests
Level 21 - 30: Kerning City PQ
Level 25 - 30: Subway PQ
Level 25 - 40: Astaroth Quests
Level 30 - 33: Mushking Quests
Level 34 - 40: Monster Carnival
Level 40 - 50: Monster Carnival, Nett's Pyramid
Level 50 - ?: Working on Guide
''Note:'' As you can see, I usually put 1 or 2 options. Why's that? Well, I recommend PQing and Questing to level over training on monsters. If you want to hunt monsters, look for a different guide then. But if you REALLY want me to give you a recommendation on what to train, try the Golden Temple monsters while the event is still in progress.
