Requirements
- Available to all
- MapleGlobal only
- Level 40 and above
Procedure
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
- Head all the way over to the Whirlpool of Time in Ludibrium. Go in and hunt Tick-Tock and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that he drops.
- Return to talk to Elpam
