To begin the quest, you have to talk to Nero. He can be found one map left to Orbis.
He will tell you to get 1 ribbon and 1 bell
These items can only be found in cash shop. Each item only costs 1 mesos. You have to shuffle through all the pages of the cash shop until you find both objects.
The reward is 4000 experience.
Although, it does cost a few thousand mesos. 1000 mesos to get from Ellinia to Orbis, and another 1000 mesos to get back.
