I Need to Find My Daughter 1
Talk to Bruce in Henysis after you finish The Reason Behind The Mushroom Studies quest. He will then ask you to find his daughter Ayan in Perion. You will find here dressed in native garb, a short ways up Perion in about the centre of the town.
I Need to Find My Daughter 2
Ayan will then get all excited and proceed to give you a letter to bring back to Bruce.
