As of now, 4th job has not been released yet, except in the KMS Beta Server,Tespia. 4th Job is from levels 120-180 (unconfirmed).

All Classes

Maple Hero

Type: Party

Description: Party members will receive a % increase in their AP stats (STR, DEX, INT & LUK) for a period of time.

Max Level 20: 40 MP, 600 seconds, 10% increase in STR, DEX, INT & LUK

Comment: Exactly does what the description says, 10% more power for everyone.

Hero's Will

Type: Active

Description: You may escape from certain situations(status?). Probability of escape depends on skill level.

Cooldown Time: 10 minutes.

Max Level 10: ??

Comment: Skill isn't implemented yet. It supposedly is used to prevent against various new deadly status effects.

Warrior Class

Monster Magnet

Type: Active

Description: Pull a monster from a distance.

Max Level 30: 21 MP, 200% distance, 95% success rate.

Comment: It's a skill where you need to cast upon a monster, and it will be pulled over horizontally along the path. Monster Magnet's accuracy is the same as your ability to hit the enemy.

Stance

Type: Active

Description: You will be not pushed back by monsters with this skill activated.

Max Level 30: 50MP 300sec 70% chance of not getting KBed by monsters.

Comment: This skill would save some moving time while training. Whether or not it plays a significant purpose we'll have to wait and see. Although if it was 100% it would have been very very helpful but apparently that is not the case.

Rush

available in 5 versions: sword, axe, hammer, spear, polearm

Type: Active

Description: A dash attack that pushes up to 15 targets.

Max Level 30: 50MP, 130% attack power, up to 15 targets.

Comment: A very fast dash attack that in addition to doing decent damage, Rush also stack the mobs up front. This skill gets rid of the movement disadvantage of warriors. Rush does not actually give any movement unless there are actual monsters within range. Previously a Dark Knight exclusive, Rush is now available to all warriors.

Hard Skin

Type: Passive

Description: Your armor is permanently strengthened; enemy damage is reduced.

Max Level 30: 15% Physical Reduction

Comment: Passive damage reduction or a strengthing of armor type of skill. According to the description, it only applies to physical damage. Available to all warriors.

Hero

PATH: Warrior > Fighter > Crusader > Hero

Hero & Paladin: Blocking

Type: Passive

Description: When you are hit by physically contact, your will be able to use the shield to block (with a given probability), reducing the full damage in addition to making the enemy into faint status.

Requires the use of a shield.

Max Level 30: 15% chance to Block, immune for 2 seconds.

Comment: Equip a shield, you will have a chance to do a block animation, reducing complete damage as well as making the monster faint. Your character will also go through a period of invincibility after a succesful block.

Advanced Combo

Type: Passive

Description: Combo counter's max limit will be raised to 10. Two Combo counts can increase at the same time at the given probability.

Requires Crusader's LV 30(MAX) Combo.

Max Level 30: +30% attack bonus, 5 possible extra orbs, 60% chance to gather two orbs at a time.

Comment: Double Combo anyone? Basically this skill upgrades your old Combo with given probability. For level 30, you have a 60% chance to get 2 orbs instead of 1 from attacking once and all the way and up to 10 orbs. The first 5 you gather will be in blue color; the last 5 will be in red. The *red* orbs will stack over the blue ones (so you will only see the red ones). Rush can also charge orbs, and 2 at a time. However as for Hero's Sword although being a 2 hitter, only can charge once (but 60% chance to get 2 still, of course. But you won't get 3 nor 4).

Sword of Hero

Type: Active.

Description: Strike twice with the sword, hitting group of enemies.

Max Level 30: 25MP, 220% attack power, up to 3 targets.

Comment: A new attack skill for the Hero class. It first forces a upper swing motion, followed by a long ranged downward slash. It hits up to 3 monsters and is quite powerful (supposedly). It's also pretty fast (almost as fast as a PS+FA). Sword of Hero however only registers as one hit for charging the combo counter (you can still get 2 orbs at once, but not 3 and not 4).

Paladin

PATH: Warrior > Page > Knight > Paladin

Description: The power of the sage is given to the Sword, raising the attacking power enormously.

Comment: Charge of the holy family. Currently the most powerful charge of the 4.

Divine Charge (Hammer)

Type: Active

Description: The power of the sage is given to the Hammer, raising the attacking power enormously.

Max Level 20: 30 MP, 140% attack bonus, 300 seconds duration.

Comment: Holy Charge for blunt weapons.

Endless Blow

Type: Passive

Description: The higher the skill level, the more probability of not losing your charge when using Knight's Charge Blow (at maxed level it will never discharge). Power of Knight's Charge Blow also rises.

Max Level 10: Charge Blow attack power 350%, 100% probability of keeping your elemental charge when using Charge Blow.

Comment: This passive ability lets a Paladin to endlessly spam charge blow. And yes, Charge Blow stuns all 6 of the mobs just like 3rd Job.

Spirit

Type: Active Description: Stab a fireceful blow with your charged power into an enemy. Max Level 30: 40 MP, 550% attack power Comment: A single target, forced stab attack with a brand new animation (unique for each charge). Spirit does not activate final attack, and nor does it discharge your element. Note stabbing favors swords and discourages hammers. Overall a very nice addition to the Page class, no more Power Strike / Slash Blast / Final Attacks ever again.

Sanctuary

Type: Active

Description: While using Holy Charge, summon a spiritual hammer to unleash a powerful holy shockwave.

Max Level 30: 60 MP, 700% attack power, up to 15 targets

Comment: Attack enemies with a golden hammer.. From the video it looks like it reduces the monsters' HP to 1. You can use this skill even with a sword equipped.

Dark Knight

PATH: Warrior > Spearman > Dragon Knight > Dark Knight

Berserk

Type: Passive

Description: Unlock the soul potential of the body as you become HP critical status, increasing your power explosively. Dark Blow's power will be lost once you have been recovered.

Max Level 30: Required HP level to activate: 20%, +100% attack bonus.

Comment: Dark Blow activates when you enter HP critical status; for example using sacrifice, dragon roar, or geting hit. It will self terminate once you have regained your health.

Beholder

Type: Summon

Description: Summon the Beholder (Dark Soul).

Cooldown time: 20 minutes.

Max Level 10: 30 MP, 20 minutes lasting duration.

Comment: The Beholder (Dark Soul) is a small entity that can heal/buff the Dark Knight, see skills below. Note the cooldown timer is just there to prevent you spamming the skill.

Beholder's Healing

Type: Passive

Description: The Dark Soul will heal the Dark Knight per every time interval. The higher the skill level the higher it heals.

Max Level 25: ??

Comment: Not sure how this works, but this skill affects your Dark Soul and indirectly on the Dark Knight. From the videos, it looks like the Dark Soul will heal the Dark Knight per every interval period, and someone has mentioned that it heals up to 250 HP at maxed level (maybe incorrect).

Beholder's Buff

Type: Passive

Description: The Dark Soul will enchant the Dark Knight with a power up per every time interval. There are several kinds of power ups, and you get them randomly. Power ups include increase in weapon defense, magic defense, avoidability, accuracy, as well as weapon attack.

Max Level 25: 25 seconds lasting duration for each buff, possible buffs include: weapon defense up, magic defense up,avoidability up, accuracy up, and weapon attack up, 10 seconds interval between casting times.

Comment: Perhaps the better skill out of the two; like Heal Mastery this skill affects your Dark Soul. In one of the videos, we get to see +50 defense, +15 accuracy, perhaps +15 weapon attack as well. The Dark Soul will randomly give out buffs over random time intervals (according to keunwp, the delay between the casting times can range from 10-30 seconds) . Note that the weapon attack buff does not stack with Dragon Knight's Dragon Blood.

Magician Skills

Mana Reflection

Magical Damage is reflected back to the monsters, changing the flow of mana. However, the repelled max damage will not exceed more than 20% of the monster's Maximum HP. Lv 30: 45MP 250sec 50% success rate, 100% effect (Changed!!!) Comment: This skill has yet been changed again, treat it as another elemental resistance except it works more like power guard that repels damage as well.

Quantum Explosion

This is a charge up skill. You may charge up particles around you for a period of time, then release to make an explosion. You do not have to complete the gathering of particles to make an explosion, however your damage will be weakened (depending on how long you have charged). Lv 30: 120MP 350 Max Base Damage 80% Mastery (Changed!!!) Comment: Same as last time, charge up and release a powerful non-elemental Area of Effect attack.

Unlimited Mana

For a period of time, you will have access to infinite mana (no MP lost). Cooldown time: 10 minutes. LV 30: 40 seconds duration. Comment: Free MP for a short period of time. Dosen't look too useful at the moment, perhaps for bosses or occasions when you need to use MG.

Arch Mage(Fire/Poison) Skills

Flame

Wrap the enemies with pillars of fire, they will be constantly damaged by the heat and become weak to Ice elemental attacks. LV 30: 34MP, Base Damage 100, Effect Time 15sec, Mastery 60%, up to 6 targets (Changed!) Comment: Apparently the monster under the flamed state will be weak to ice or fire. The latest patch made this skill into a mob attack; it's the first time ever that Mages are getting an Avenger-like skill (long ranged mob attack that pierces through targets).

El Queenes Summon

For a period of time, summon a Freezing Monster to assist you. LV 30: 100 mp, 160 seconds, 120 magic attack Comment: Like the Ifrit Summon, this one summons instead a Freezing Golem (monster) which moves on its own and does ice elemental mob damage. It will follow your character if you try to move far away or go on ladders.

Volcano

Summon volcanic meteor rocks to attack the surroundings, dealing massive damage. LV 30: 6200 MP, 470 Magic Damage. Comment: Take note of the MP usage, this skill isn't meant to be used without Infinite Mana. This skill, although very poewrful and attacks almost full screen (probably as wide as Dragon Roar), has considerable delay,

Medusa Eyes

Attack with the magic eyes of Medusa, turning enemies into stone. LV30: 25MP, 180 Base Magic, 60% Mastery, 15 second duration. Comment: Looks like a one target attack from the videos... It's another way to freeze monsters and with a longer duration. Right now, Medusa Eyes is for both Arch Mages.


Arch Mage(Ice/Thunder) Skills

Freeze

Wrap the enemies inside frozen ice, they will be constantly damaged by the cold and become weak to Fire elemental attacks. LV 30: 34MP, Base Damage 100, Effect Time 15sec, Mastery 60%, Up to 6 targets! (Changed!) Comment: Just like Flame (almost identical). Freeze dosen't "freeze" the mobs though, it's more like poison.

Ifrit Summon

For a period of time, summon a Flaming Monster to assist you. Comment: Summon of a Fire Golem (monster) which moves on its own and does fire elemental mob damage. It will follow your character if you try to move far away or go on ladders.

Ice Field

Summon the cold and piercing Ice making an Ice Field of destruction. LV 30: 6200 MP, 470 Magic Damage. Comment: Behaves just like Volcano with Ice Element. Take note of the MP usage, this skill isn't meant to be used without Infinite Mana. This skill, although very poewrful and attacks almost full screen (probably as wide as Dragon Roar), has considerable delay,

Medusa Eyes

Bishop Skills

Holy Dragon Summon

For a period of time, summon a Holy Dragon to assist you. Requires Priest's LV 30(MAX) Dragon Summon. LV 30: 160 MP, 400 seconds duration, up to 6 targets, 300 Base Damage Comment: A giant red dragon summon that does (BIG) Holy Damage, attack speed is about same as the Priests' Dragon Summon. It however does not only hover around you; it will try to attack mobs across platforms (vertically or horizontally) by its own. It will continue to attack even when you are on the ladder.

Magic Interception

This is a party skill. For a period of time, status abnormality attacks will be nullified to all party members. Cooldown time: 10 minutes. LV 30: 69 MP, 40 seconds. Comment: This is a natural dispel ability, lasting for however only 40 seconds with a 10 minute countdown...

Resurrection / Revive

Revive a dead member using holy magic. Comment: No details yet for this one, but you can use your own imagination. Yes there is a cooldown time of 30 minutes, so try not to die so often. You might need to pay the Bishop for revives if it covers the EXP lost. LV 30: 40 MP, Cooldown Time: 30 minutes.

Holy Strike

Attack with Holy Magic. Comment: Looks like another version of Holy Arrow (small range, holy base, single target, low damage). Don't expect much from this skill. It's also not very fast. LV 30: base damage ? Mastery 60%

Final Jugement

Summon rays of holy light to destroy the battlefield. Comment: The Bishop's equivalent of Volcano/Ice Field. Full screen holy attack. LV 30: 6200 MP, 470 magic attack, up to 15 targets.

Bowman Skills

Critical Hope / Critical Buff

This is a party skill. Give party members ability to find weakness points of monsters (actually, it gives critical bonus in effect). Lv30: 45MP 300sec 15% Chance of 40% additional damage Comment: I believe this works on a per hit basis, so the more hits of your skill the more effective this will become. As seen, this skill works with skills such as Lucky7(critical damage stacks yes!) and even Dragon Buster.

Dragon Pulse

Shoot an arrow with the soul of a dragon. Monsters will be 100% knockback'ed because of the big power. Lv 30: 36MP 60% Damage on 6 Targets Comment: Dragon Pulse is now a long ranged Power Knockback like skill with no minimum range. It has a 100% rate of pushing the mobs far away. It is also pretty fast so archers can say goodbye to their close range weakness. When used correctly in combination with puppet (for example, Dragon Pulse the mobs and then placing the puppet behind yourself), they make an almost invincible combo.

Bow Master Skills

Hurricane / Storm of Arrows

Discharging arrows at the speed of the storms. The skill will stay active and continously shooting as long as the command is held. LV 30: 9MP, 90% Damage per Arrow. Comment: Arguably the most powerful skill ingame so far, check out the video link from the top. All the arrows will stack with Critical Shot as well as Critical Hope. I seriously don't think anything can attack faster than this. Yes, this is Bow Master (Ranger's 4th) exclusive.

Bow Expert / Bow Advanced Mastery

A second level passive mastery for archers, raises minimum damage and attack power (only works with Bow weapons). Requires Hunter's LV 20(MAX) Bow Mastery. LV 30: 90% Mastery, +10 Weapon Attack Bonus Comment: As if Hurricane and criticals weren't enough, say goodbye to unstable damage.

Fire Hawk Summon

Summon a Flaming Hawk to assist you. The Fire Hawk is fire elmental and damages mobs near you. Requires Ranger's LV 30(MAX) Hawk Summon. LV 30: 100 mp, 200 seconds, 80 Weapon Attack Comment: A summon of a Flaming Bird, that does fire damage? However it does not stun. Not sure how this would work with the 3rd Job's Hawk.

Hamstring

Disrupt enemy's leg region to slow down their movement. LV 30: 40% success rate, up to 5 targets, -60 speed Comment: This is not a passive skill, and looks like it inflicts Slow status.

Intensify

For a period of time, raise your attack power & use lessen the consumption of mana. Cooldown time: 10 minutes. LV 30: 40 MP, weapon attack + 26, mana consumption -50%, 180 seconds duration. Comment: For the first time ever, and skill that saves money for archers! And yes that's 26 weapon attack increase, but you can only use it in every 3/10 minutes.

Crossbow Master Skills

Darajin Sal / Dragon Soul

Charge up a powerful arrow that pierces through multiple enemies. LV 30: 33MP, 495% Damage, up to 6 targets. (update!!) Comment: Charge time has been reduced to 3 seconds now. If you are hit while charging, skill will release (and not cancel).


Crossbow Expert / Crossbow Advanced Mastery

A second level passive mastery for archers, raises minimum damage and attack power (only works with crossbow weapons). Requires Crossbowman's LV 20(MAX) Crossbow Mastery. LV 30: 90% Mastery, +10 Weapon Attack Bonus Comment: Same with Bow Expert. No more unstable damage for the Crossbow Master.

Ice Eagle Summon

LV 30: 100 mp, 200 seconds, 80 Weapon Attack Summon an Eagle of Ice to assist you. The Ice Eagle is ice elmental and damages mobs near you. Requires Sniper's LV 30(MAX) Eagle Summon. Comment: A summon of a Blue Bird, that does Ice damage? However it does not stun nor freeze. Not sure how this would work with the 3rd Job's Eagle.

Blind Information not available. Comment: A passive ability for Crossbow Masters that lets them inflict the "Darkness" or blind status on monsters that are hit by any of your attacks, including Ice Eagle.

Sniping) Snipe a piercing arrow on one target. Cooldown timer decreases as the skill level increases. LV 30: 25MP,Cooldown Time: 85 seconds Comment: This skill has a cooldown time, and the more SP you have on it, the lesser the cooldown timer is. It can easily achieve near 100k damage.

Thieves Skills

Inspiration

This is a passive skill. Ability to forsee enemy movements and evade with quick reflexes. Lv 30: 40% Chance to completely avoid all enemy attacks. Comment: Put it quite simply, no other defensive skill in the game can even come close to this one.

Challenger

This is a status effect skill. Challenge the enemy: for a period of time, the monster's defenses will rise, but as well as the EXP & Droprate. LV 30: 40 MP, ??sec, Monster Defenses, EXP, & Droprate rise by 40%. Comment: One of the latest videos showed that this skill only affects one target, but it is ranged. Don't expect to be using this inside a mob.

Enchant Venom / Poison Venom

This is a passive ability. All your dagger/claw attacks will have a probability of giving a deadly poison status. LV 30: 10 seconds poison duration, 30% success rate, Magic Attack +60 Comment: Now every one of your savage blow/lucky 7s can poison the enemy! From the videos it looks extremely powerful, doing very high poison damage over very short time intervals.

Ambush/Trap

For a period of time, ambush the enemy by laying traps. Ambush works on up to 6 targets. LV 30: 43MP, 100% Damage 12 seconds trap time, Attack range 150% Comment: This skill sets a "trap" in an area (or a cast?) when monsters come near, a band of summoned shadows/ninjas will come out and ambush them for a period of time. The monsters being ambushed will still be able to move and attack...Critical dosen't work with it apparently, and the rate of damage is slower than poison. (similar to a Chief Bandit's "Band of Thieves") Comment2: Ambush is no longer Night Lord exclusive.

Night Lord Skills

Soul Javelin

Using only 200 stars, for a period of time you will have unlimited use of throwing stars from this deck. LV 30: 25 MP, 60 seconds duration, consumes 200 stars to use. Comment: When you activate Soul Javelin, 200 stars will be consumed from your current deck. During this time period with the buff activated, you will not consume stars when using star throwing skills (unlimited star usage). A clever way of extending the Night Roads' inventory in reality.

Triple Throw

Throw 3 stars at once against one enemy. LV 30 20MP 130% Damage Comment:Throw 3 stars at a time, can be used with shadow partner to make 6 hits per throw. This is a new attack skill and it's the same speed as lucky7. It is not known whether or not if it uses the L7 formula or the claw/star formula. (My bet is that it probably does).

Tornado

Summoning a companion to perform a spin motion, causing nearby targets to be tossed away. LV 10: 16MP, 160% Damage, 100% Success Rate, 150 Distance. Comment: A melee skill for the Night Road class. Tornado does have a probability rate of success; this skill dosen't work 100% of the time. It seems also that enemies maybe tossed around at random directions. When the enemy is tossed, it looks like they have been power knock back'ed, OR sucked in; it's very random actually. When they have been tossed, they will also be stunned automatically.

Shadower Skills

Assassinate

After coming in close under Dark-Sight, attack the vital points of the monster 4 times continuously. The final attack, which comes out in a given probability, has a certain chance of giving death wound. Longer Dark-Sight will make the damage bigger. LV 30: 80MP 80% Damage, 18sec damage concentration time, 250% Critical Damage, 90% Critical Success Rate Comment: Assasinate is 4 hits as with the previous update, and the last hit will have a rate of 1 hit KO'ing the monster supposedly regardless of the enemy's HP. The last hit looks like assaulter. Notice that, the longer you stay in Dark Sight, up to 18 seconds, the higher the damage for your Assasinate. You are not suppose to "uncloak" before using assasinate, your character will automatically come out of Dark-Sight and perfrom the attack. Comment2: Looks like they remove the charge time for Dark Sight, check one of the new video links for details.

Smoke Bomb

Release a mist of Smoke to make it difficult for enemies to see you, making it easy to avoid enemy attacks. Party members who are inside the mist cannot be hit. Cooldown time: 10 minutes. LV 30: 45 MP, Mist lasts for 60 seconds. Comment: Throw a smoke bomb like a ninja, a mist will spread and, while you (or other players perhaps) are inside this mist monsters will not be able to hit you. According to the description Smoke Bomb has a 10 minute cooldown time, but the mist will stay for 60 seconds (so in the 1/10 minutes you will be invulerable to attacks). This can come in extremely useful in map split partying or bosses. If you have two bandits or more bandits, they may alternate mists to protect themselves.

Keen Dagger

Slice through the enemies in a line, cutting them twice before they can react. LV 30: 26 MP, 500% Damage x2, Up to 4 Targets, 90% Stun Comment: Works like a double assaulter, going pass the enemy once and coming back to the original position..except it does massive damage and hits multiple targets. You are also invincible while using this skill, unlike assaulter. You cannot use this skill to teleport to other platforms although you may still hit the monsters on other platforms.

4th Job in Action

  1. Open Internet Explorer, click on the box (video placeholder) to install GOM Player (you must enable Active X, javascript).
  2. Installation dialogues will appear, select the first or left options when prompted
  3. When you see a list of things to install, make sure you only check the GOM Player and uncheck everything else, be SURE to uncheck the ipop launcher (spyware).
  4. Restart your Internet Explorer and reload the link.
