Requirements
- Available to all
- Level 40 and above
Procedure
- Talk to Elpam. He is found in NLC
- Head to the Krakian Jungle Basin or Ice Chamber in New Leaf City. Go in and hunt Electrophant and collect 60 Temporal Fragments that they drop.
- Return to talk to Elpam
