Requirements
- Must be level 22+
- Must be an Aran
- It is recommended to have a few "Return to _____" scrolls, as you will be teleported to the Cave of Evil Eye II when finished.
Procedure
- accept the quest when it arrives via "lightbulb".
- Once you have accepted the quest, you will be teleported to the Puppeteer's Cave.
