Procedure
- Talk to Rocky the Repairman at Toy Factory - Main Process 2 in Ludibrium.
- Collect/Refine 30 Screws. Pi in Ludibrium Village can refine the screws for you.
- Collect 50 Cogs.
- Speak to him again.
