Must be wearing Alcadno's Cape to acquire quest
Must first complete quest Russellon's Items for Experiment, and quest Destroy the Roid.

Talk to Russellon in Lab - Centre Gate of Magatia.
Go to Lab - Area B-1, click on Russellon's Desk to retrieve Russellon's Pills
Take the pills. Upon taking them, you will be poisoned and lose 50 HP every few seconds.
Go back and talk to Russellon. You must talk to Russllon while poisoned. Be aware you will need an empty space also in your inventory or it will not let you finish talking to Russellon.
