Talk to Robinson at Two Palm Trees in Aqua Road.
Give him SOS Letter.
Give him Pure Water. He'll give you Robinson's ID.
Talk to him again.
Talk to Kay in Omega Sector. She is in the bottom of the Silo. She'll give you Warp Capsule to Omega Sector.
