No, they not. True classes have their own city, Their Own Job Become NPCs AND NOT REQUIRE ANY JOB ADVANCEMENT BEFOR 1ST JOB!!!! ˝Noblesses˝ are only ˝Addon˝ for thief/pirate/magician/warrior/bowman... End of story
Now,
*Knights of Cygnus is like what you said a "add on" however, you need to advance as a 1st job and become a whatever job you want and then you ask Mr Goldstein on being a "Knight"
*They require advancements, to obtain new skills. Check [[Striker]] for info.
*Obviouslly they have own jobs such as Striker, Wind Breaker etc etc
