Maya And The Weird Medicine is retired from Maplestory and is no longer obtainable in the game. This item may still exist in-game on characters who obtained it prior to its removal.

Procedure
- Talk to Maya in Henesys.
- Talk to Teo in Lith Harbor.
- Talk to Sophia in Perion.
- Talk to Manji in Perion.
- Hunt Wild Boars for 10 Wild Boar Teeth.
- Return to Manji (in Perion) to get Arcon's Blood.
- Hunt Slimes for 10 Squishy Liquids.
- Hunt Dark Stumps for 5 Leaves.
- Hunt Octopuses for 10 Octopus's Legs.
- Return to Sophia (in Perion) to get Sparkling Rock.
- Return to Teo (in Lith Harbor) to get Weird Medicine.
- Return to Maya (in Henesys) with medicine. Quest complete!
Rewards
Brown Bamboo Hat- 5000 Mesos
- 270 Experience Points
Notes
