Description
One can say it's a candle spirit because of it's halo.
Capable of doing only light amounts of damage to most moderately leveled characters. Very rarely drops Birthday Candles/Birthday Presents. Found normally in lower-leveled areas such as the areas between the Victoria Island towns. Appears purely for quest reasons, as it gives 12 EXP.
