Location
Go to Mushroom park in Henesys and look for Cloy. Beside him there is a statue of a cat, when standing near it, press up. You should end up beside a sign that says 'Pet Park' then press up again and you are in pet park. To leave the Pet Park, simply go to the cat to the left of the sign, and press the up arrow and then one more time and you are back to Henesys.
