While still considered the weakest Maple Anniversary item available, this artifact nevertheless fetches a highly reasonable price on the Free Market and is treasured by most Maple Anniversary item collectors.

You can get this "sword" during May for MapleStory's Anniversary events. Talk to Cody in the left exit of Henesys and kill Candle Monsters in his quest for 10 Birthday Candles. Talk to him again with the Birthday Candles in your inventory to obtain the Flag.
