Procedure
- Talk to Tae Soo at Peach Farm 1.
- Collect 20 Straw Dolls
- Collect 20 Wooden Dolls
- Collect 20 Bellflowers
- Talk to Mr. Do Potion Creator in Mu Lung. Have him use the above ingredients to create a Peach Tree Herb Pouch
- Talk to Tae Soo again
