Head to Dungeon: Cave of Evil Eye I where a Wanted : Evil Eye Signboard showing a Evil Eye is, to activate the quest.
Kill 99 Evil Eye
Go back to Sleepywood and talk to The Rememberer to recieve your reward.
Head back to Dungeon: Cave of Evil Eye I and activate the quest again from the Wanted : Evil Eye Signboard.
Kill 999 Evil Eye.
Go back to Sleepywood and talk to The Rememberer to recieve your reward.
