The SOS letter is for a Quest in Aqua Road ,although it does not appear in your quest book. Appearently a guy named Robinson got lost at sea and decided to make an SOS letter. When you find this letter go to " Aqua Road-Two Palm Trees", which is right from "Aqua Road-Aqua Road". Once you reach " Aqua Road-Sandcastle Playground", go upwards until you see a ladder.
