- Talk to Jane in Lith Harbor
* Part one: * Collect 1 Pure Water * Collect 20 Malady's Experimental Frogs * Collect 30 Medicine with Weird Vibe * Bring them back to Jane
* Part two: * Collect 3 Drake's Blood * Collect 1 Mushmom Spore * Collect 30 Malady's Experimental Frogs * Collect 100 Medicine with Weird Vibe * Bring them back to Jane
* Part three: * 20 Dragon Skin * 10 Sap of Ancient Tree * 1 Moon Rock * Bring them back to Jane

- Malady is found in the Forests of Evil
