MapleSEA or MSEA (short for '''Maplestory South East Asia''') is the South-east Asian version of Maple Story. There are differences in the marriage system of GMS and MSEA. In MSEA, players get married at Peach Blossom Island, whereas players from GMS marry at Amoria. In MSEA, marriage is as easy as buying a wedding ring/clothing from the Cash Shop and then just speaking to an NPC. In GMS however, to get married, one must complete a set of "quests".

===Places===
There are places that are only available to MSEA/GMS. Some good examples are Zipangu (which is available in MSEA and other versions of MS) and Amoria (Avaiable in TMS(Taiwan Maplestory) and GMS) . There are also worlds that both GMS and MSEA have but were released at different times. For example, Aqua Road was first realesed in MSEA, and Omega Sector was first released in GMS (Though now both versions have Aqua Road and Omega Sector).

===Monsters===
There are additional monsters in MSEA that aren't available to GMS. Some examples include Night Fox and Mushdad/Blue Mushmom. This is due to the fact that these monsters spawn in places not available to GMS as well as the whole of Zipangu.

MapleSEA or MSEA (short for Maplestory South East Asia) is the South-east Asian version of Maple Story. It is written in English (like MapleGlobal) and is meant for the countries of Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand (though people from other countries can sign up as well). There are four worlds in MapleSEA: Delphinus,Cassiopeia, Bootes and Aquila all of which are named after constellations.

History

MapleSEA was created in June 2004, which led to the closing of the GMS beta world "Tespia East".

Differences between GMS and MSEA

The Marriage System

There are differences in the marriage system of GMS and MSEA. In MSEA, players get married at Peach Blossom Island, whereas players from GMS marry at Amoria. In MSEA, marriage is as easy as buying a wedding ring/clothing from the Cash Shop and then just speaking to an NPC. In GMS however, to get married, one must complete a set of "quests".

Places

There are places that are only available to MSEA/GMS. Some good examples are Zipangu (which is available in MSEA and other versions of MS) and Amoria (Avaiable in TMS(Taiwan Maplestory) and GMS) . There are also worlds that both GMS and MSEA have but were released at different times. For example, Aqua Road was first realesed in MSEA, and Omega Sector was first released in GMS (Though now both versions have Aqua Road and Omega Sector).

Monsters

There are additional monsters in MSEA that aren't available to GMS. Some examples include Night Fox and Mushdad/Blue Mushmom. This is due to the fact that these monsters spawn in places not available to GMS as well as the whole of Zipangu.
