Claw Mastery

Description

Increases the mastery of throwing stars and accuracy, along with the maximum number of throwing stars to recharge. It only applies when the character is throwing stars.

Type: Passive

Note: While Claw Mastery does not affect Lucky Seven, it does affect skills such as Drain and Avenger. Therefore, not maxing Claw Mastery, in the long-term, would not be a good idea.
