* My understanding is that the percentage (300% at max level) is the % of your HP that you heal to targets, either in total, or to each target, i'm not sure which. Since most non-magicians will have much more HP than you, if a Wariror for instance is almost dead and you heal them, it might not heal them fully. | |||
