- Talk to Grandpa Clock.
- Kill Tick-Tocks until you find All-purpose Clock Spring.
- Talk to Grandpa Clock again.
Rewards
- 2700 Experience Points
- Opens up Delivering the Pendulum quest, then opens up The Clocktower Headache quest.
