Procedure
- Talk to Wiz the Librarian in the Helios Tower Library. This is located at the bottom of Helios Tower in Ludibrium.
- Complete the quest The Brothers' Stack of Rice. As a reward, you'll be given the Storybook on Brotherly Love
- Talk to him again.
