Procedure
- Talk to Wiz the Librarian in the Library. This is located at the bottom of Helios Tower in Ludibrium.
- Complete the quest Kong Ji's Request The Wooden Hoe That Snapped. As a reward, you'll be given the Storybook on Kong Ji and Pat Ji.
- Talk to Wiz the Librarian again.
