Procedure

1. Talk to Carta the Sea Witch, found in Carta's Cave, off Aqua Road: Deep Sea Gorge II
2. Gather the items she requests
   • 10 Sea Dusts, found in the Treasure Chests located in Aqua Dungeon
   • 3 Cold Tears, dropped by Bone Fish
   • 1 Pianus's Scream, dropped by Pianus
3. Take the items to Carta to claim your prize
